Giveaway Terms & Conditions – PlatforMa Conference

1. General
Participation in the giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to any of the conditions, please do not participate.

 

2. Organizer
The giveaway is organized by Senora Technologies LTD (the "Organizer").

3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway will take place during the PlatforMa conference on May 20, 2025.
Participants may enter until 15:00 on the same day.

4. How to Participate
To enter the giveaway, participants must:

• Take a photo with the Senora.dev roll-up banner at the conference

• Post the photo publicly on LinkedIn on the day of the event

• Tag Shaked Braimok Yosef in the LinkedIn post

5. Prize
The winner will receive an Apple Watch SE 2024 GPS 40mm.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or a substitute prize.

6. Winner Selection
All eligible posts will be entered into a random draw.
The winner will be selected by lottery at 15:00 on May 20, 2025.
The winner will be announced at the Senora.dev booth and/or contacted directly.

7. Limitations and Restrictions

• Each participant may enter only once

• Any participation that does not meet all stated conditions will be disqualified

• The Organizer reserves the right to change, cancel, or terminate the giveaway at its sole discretion

8. Privacy
No personal information is required to participate.
Participants are solely responsible for their LinkedIn posts. The Organizer will not use any participant data without explicit consent.

 

9. Jurisdiction
In case of any dispute, the Organizer’s decision is final.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the exclusive jurisdiction shall be with the competent courts in Tel Aviv.
